Lucky you, you have just arrived at Canberra's own collection of happening events, cool shopping, markets, wicked beats and general all round awesomeness. We love Canberra, that's right, we are a collective of loud and proud Canberrans who know that a lot of cool little happenings take place here just under the radar.

We want to bring to light all the things we love about Canberra and share them with you. We don't care if you have lived here all your life, are visiting for a day or are just dreaming of one day seeing our beautiful city (not very ambitious - are we?) we are here to guide you.

We won't bore you with the typical sight seeing or tell you which hotel has the best buffet breakfast but if you want to see the real Canberra, eat local produce, buy from local businesses and get down and funky with the local peeps and peep-ettes then frankly, you just hit pay dirt.

So take a look around and if you want to get in touch hit the contact form or leave a comment. We love to hear from you, any hot tips, advice or feedback is fantastic (otherwise, we really love haiku! =D ).

The articles on this website have been distributed into different categories. Basically it goes a little something like this:

• Crave - Shopping, shops and assorted consumerist joys. If we find something in a shop we think is cool it will go here. If we find a shop that rocks our socks - it too will go here.
  
  
• Contribute - We all like to help out where we can. So if we stumble across some cool charities that could use a hand we will post some info here.
  
  
• Consume - One of the more popular categories, This is where we will put out thoughts on different restaurants and cafes around town.
  
  
• Culture - Theatre, concerts and other grown up stuff. Everybody should have a little culture in their life.
  
  
• Create - Making things can be fun, this is the category for DIY projects, workshops around Canberra and other fun stuff where you can create something beautiful.
  
  
• Convey - Sometimes you just need to get something off your chest. A better name for this might have been soap-box but then you might not read it ;)
  
  
• Challenge - Get out and do something different. We will try anything once if it means you'll know whether or not you should. Any activity we can find, we will have a crack at and post it here.
